End Chronic Pain at the Source

Eliminate chronic pain and burnout at the root, in a 12-week 1:1 intensive designed for high achievers who want results, not more coping tools.

When Pushing Through Stops Working

You’ve always been the one who gets things done. You carry the weight, keep it together, and push through, no matter the cost.

But lately, that cost is getting harder to ignore:

  • Your body feels permanently switched on, tense, alert, unable to relax, yet underneath, you’re exhausted.
  • Sleep doesn’t refresh you, and pain flares without warning.
  • Even small things feel overwhelming.

Maybe you’ve been told it’s all in your head. But the truth is, something is wrong, it just isn’t where most people are trained to look.

When your nervous system is stuck on high alert, your whole body can feel like it’s bracing for impact. This can create or amplify real pain, even long after an injury has healed.

This Isn’t More of the Same

This isn’t a wellness programme.
It’s not mindset work.
And it’s not about talking in circles or rehashing your past.

It’s a process of repatterning how your brain and body respond to pressure, pain, and performance demands, so your body stops resisting the life you’re building.

Grounded in neuropsychology and trauma-informed methods, this work helps you:

  • Retrain your nervous system to stop interpreting stillness, pressure, or emotion as danger.
  • Release survival patterns like overworking or people-pleasing.
  • Reclaim energy and capacity so you can lead and live from a place of safety, not strain.

We don’t chase symptoms.
We listen to what the pain is trying to protect.

How We’ll Work Together

This is a 12-week, one-to-one intensive designed for deep, lasting change.
Here’s what you can expect:

Weekly sessions via secure video call

Practical tools and exercises to apply between sessions

Support in dismantling the mental, emotional, and physical patterns keeping pain in place

A personalised approach that evolves with you, week by week

We start by uncovering the roots of your pain. From there, we work step-by-step to retrain your brain and body, restore safety to your nervous system, and rewire the behaviours that keep you in survival mode.
This isn’t about managing symptoms.
It’s about creating a life your body doesn’t need to protect you from.

Steps to Reclaiming Your Life

This work follows five integrated steps that guide your brain and nervous system from protection to possibility:

1

Decode the Pain Pattern

Uncover the emotional, behavioural, and physiological patterns sustaining your pain and overwhelm, so we can interrupt them at the source.

2

Restore Safety

Retrain your brain to stop interpreting stillness, pressure, or emotion as danger, using neuropsychological education, somatic tracking, and emotional processing.

3

Unlearn the Fight

Release performance-based survival strategies like overworking or people-pleasing, and access the parts of yourself that were never allowed to be seen.

4

Rewire Behaviour

Create new patterns for decision-making, boundaries, and daily living that support, not sabotage, your progress.

5

Reclaim Capacity

Build a life your body doesn’t resist — with a regulated nervous system, restored energy, and boundaries that protect your well-being.

What Becomes Possible

This is brain-body integration, felt in your tissues, not just your thoughts. When your brain and nervous system stop treating your ambition as a threat

When your brain stops equating pressure with danger, your body stops fighting back.

Pain loses its grip

Flare-ups become less frequent, less intense, and easier to recover from.

Energy returns

You stop cycling between push and crash; your days feel sustainable.

Presence expands

You’re calmer, clearer, and more available to the people who matter.

Boundaries feel doable

Saying no carries less guilt; your yes has more integrity.

Decisions come easier

You choose from alignment, not fear, at work and at home.

You move without bracing

Action no longer feels like a fight with your own body.

Designed for those whose emotional and physical capacity is running on empty, and want to live and lead pain-free without sacrificing themselves.

    What’s the investment?

The investment is £5,000 for 12 weeks of intensive, personalised support (up to 3 hours per week). Scholarships are available for those who need support with the cost, though places are limited and a waitlist may apply.

    Can I spot-purchase a session?

Yes. You can book a one-time, two-hour Breakthrough Intensive for £497. It’s a single session focused on one outcome that matters most to you. Ongoing work is only available through the 12-week intensive.

    Is this right for me?

You’re someone who shows up, at work, at home, in life.
You may be leading teams, running a business, managing clients, or simply holding everything together for everyone else.

On the surface, you seem capable and composed. But inside, your body is no longer keeping pace with the demands on you.

You’ve hit a wall, physically, emotionally, or both.
The pressure hasn’t stopped, but your capacity to carry it has.

This work is for you if:

    • Pain, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm is starting to interfere with your focus, your relationships, or your ability to function at your best.
    • You’ve already tried therapy, coaching, or medical support, but haven’t seen the deep, lasting change you need.
    • You want to break chronic patterns and take back control, without sacrificing your health, your ambition, or the life you’ve worked so hard to build.
    What is a Coaching Psychologist?

A Coaching Psychologist is trained in both psychology and coaching, combining the science of how humans think, feel, and behave with practical tools that support meaningful change in wellbeing, performance, and life direction.

The British Psychological Society defines Coaching Psychology as the application of evidence-based psychological approaches to enhance personal and professional life for people who aren’t experiencing significant mental health conditions.

That’s the foundation. But here’s how I apply it:
I specialise in working with people whose nervous systems are stuck in patterns shaped by stress, pressure, pain, or trauma. My approach integrates neuroscience, psychology, and mind-body methods, going beyond surface-level strategies or endless talking, and instead working safely and precisely with the patterns in the body that disrupt how you feel and function day-to-day.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not generic coaching either. It’s a specialist process designed to help you live and lead pain-free, without sacrificing your health, ambition, or sense of self.

    Who is this NOT for?

My approach isn’t the right fit if:

    • You’re in immediate crisis, please seek specialist crisis support first.
    • You’re looking for a quick fix without engaging in the process.
    • You want to vent but not change, this is not talk therapy.
    • You’re dealing with an acute or progressive medical condition requiring active medical supervision.
    • You lack the space or stability to commit fully right now.
    • You just want performance coaching without addressing underlying health impacts.
What issues do you help with?

I work with high achieving professionals experiencing persistent physical or emotional pain that hasn’t shifted despite trying therapy, medication, surgery, coaching, or holistic approaches. Often, the root cause lies in the nervous system: patterns shaped by stress, pressure, or past experiences.

    This includes:

    • Chronic symptoms with no clear medical cause: neck/back/joint pain, migraines, fatigue, IBS, pelvic pain, TMJ, fibromyalgia, tinnitus, and more.
    • Stress-related shutdowns: burnout, emotional exhaustion, brain fog, low motivation.
    • High-functioning anxiety: overthinking, overworking, sleep disruption.
    • Emotional patterns: shame, fear, guilt, people-pleasing, self-doubt.
    • Loss of connection: difficulty relaxing, avoiding intimacy, loss of pleasure.
    • Stuck patterns despite awareness: emotional blocks, physical tension, persistent cycles.
    Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. I offer a complimentary short, evidence-based assessment to determine whether this work is the right fit for your specific symptoms, goals, and capacity. It’s designed to ensure your time, energy, and financial investment are directed toward something that will genuinely move the needle.

If I believe this approach isn’t suitable for your current needs, whether due to medical complexity, emotional readiness, or other factors, I will provide clear, professional guidance and signpost you to practitioners or services better suited to support you at this stage.

This isn’t just about saying yes. It’s about making sure you get what you truly need, even if that means starting elsewhere first.

Can I continue with therapy or medical treatment?

Yes, if you choose to. You don’t need to be in therapy or under medical care to work with me, but if you are, this approach won’t interfere. In fact, it can often support and enhance the progress you’re already making.

My work is rooted in neuropsychology. It focuses on how stress, emotional patterns, and past experiences shape the way your mind and body function, especially when pain, fatigue, or overwhelm won’t improve.

This isn’t talk therapy, and it’s not about managing symptoms. It’s about creating lasting change in how you function, physically, emotionally, and mentally, so you can feel and lead differently.

Whether you’re working with other professionals or not, this approach can stand on its own and meet you where you are.
